Xuzhou H&G Wear-resistant Material Co., Ltd. was established in 1989, located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province. Through more than 30 years' striving, we have become one of the leading enterprises in the industry.
H&G is devoted to researching, developing, producing and selling crusher spare parts, mill liners , grinding media. We serve diverse industries like mines ,cement plant ,power and Aggregates all around the world.
Our manufacturing base covers 39,000 square meters, with the standard workshop area of 21,000 square meters, annual productivity up to 30,000 metric tons. Our factory equipped with 2cast grinding media lines, each one sand casting and lost foam line for mill liners and crusher spare parts.
In 1989, Liu Bang Casting plant was founded, Main products are casting grinding balls and cylpebs .
In 1996, Peixian Tongda Casting Co., Ltd. was established which is H&G’s former name . One medium frequency was installed into our production, together with the quenching process technical.
In 2002, our factory moved to Liu Bang Industrial Park, 12,000 square meters standard plant were put into use.
In 2008, renamed as Xuzhou H&G Wear Resistant Co., Ltd., 4 medium frequency furnace production lines, 2 furnace annealing equipment, and 2 oil quenching harden equipment were put into production.
In 2012, H&G machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established, a wholly owned sales subsidiary, intending to develop international trading business.
In 2013, pass ISO9001:2008(No: CI/131456Q) Quality management system certification .
In 2017, our company invested in a fully automatic production line of casting grinding media.
In 2019-2020, we improved original 2 sanding casting lines to resin water glass hardening process , the inductive furnace enlarged to 4T/Pour , which enable us to producing big liners for SAG and Crusher Jaw plates ,Mantle & Concave.
